These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between AdvisioFlow, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AdvisioFlow," "we," "us"), and the organization or individual that creates an AdvisioFlow account ("you," "your organization," "Customer"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if you're signing up for an organization, on behalf of that organization.
AdvisioFlow is a software platform. It gives credit repair businesses — including sole practitioners — tools to manage their own client relationships: importing and organizing credit report data, drafting and mailing dispute correspondence, tracking responses, collecting client documents and signatures, and related workflow and communication tools.
AdvisioFlow does not itself act as a credit repair organization for your clients. Your organization is the party that contracts with, is compensated by, and provides credit repair services to your own clients. Your organization is solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to that relationship, including but not limited to the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and any applicable state credit-services or credit-repair statutes — including required disclosures, contract form and timing requirements, and any restrictions on when and how fees may be collected from your clients.
AdvisioFlow makes tools available to help your organization run that business more efficiently. It is your organization's responsibility to use those tools in a manner that complies with the law, and to obtain your own legal counsel to confirm that your use of the platform — including your client agreements, your fee structure, and your dispute correspondence — is compliant.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AdvisioFlow. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@advisioflow.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
When you use AdvisioFlow to manage your own clients, you control what client data is entered into the platform — names, contact details, credit report information, identifying documents, signatures, and related records ("Client Data"). As between you and AdvisioFlow, you own and are responsible for Client Data. You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary to submit Client Data to AdvisioFlow and to have AdvisioFlow process it on your behalf (for example, to draft correspondence, generate mailings, and store documents) for the purpose of providing you the service.
AdvisioFlow acts as a data processor with respect to Client Data — we process it to provide the service you've configured, not for our own independent purposes, and not to contact your clients directly except where the platform's normal operation requires it (for example, sending a client portal login link to an email address your organization entered).
You agree not to use AdvisioFlow to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are for access to the AdvisioFlow platform itself — they are not, and are not intended to be, fees charged to your end clients for credit repair services. Any fees you charge your own clients, and the timing of when you collect them, are governed by your own client agreements and are your responsibility to structure in compliance with applicable law.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.
AdvisioFlow uses AI tools to help draft dispute letters, analyze credit reports and bureau/furnisher responses, and generate other content. AI-generated content is a starting point, not a finished, verified legal document. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-drafted content before it's sent, mailed, or relied upon — for factual accuracy, for appropriateness to the specific client and situation, and for compliance with applicable law. AdvisioFlow does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, and does not guarantee any outcome (including any change to a credit score or the removal of any item from a credit report) as a result of using the platform.
Some AdvisioFlow features work by coordinating with third-party providers — for example, physical mail printing and delivery tracking (PostGrid), e-signature collection (Firma), email delivery (Resend), and payment processing (Stripe). We aren't responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by those third parties, including postal delivery delays once mail has left our printing partner's facility.
AdvisioFlow and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by AdvisioFlow, LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you. You retain ownership of Client Data and any content you or your clients submit to the platform.
AdvisioFlow is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvisioFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold AdvisioFlow harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your Client Data, or your violation of these Terms or of any law applicable to your business, including any claim brought by one of your own clients related to your credit repair services.
You may stop using AdvisioFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably practicable. On termination, we'll retain your data for a reasonable period consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, then delete it, except where we're required to keep it longer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where a mandatory provision of federal or another state's consumer protection law applies and cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you (such as an email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use AdvisioFlow after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
