Privacy Policy

Last updated: · AdvisioFlow, LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company)

Draft pending legal review. This document has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and should not be treated as final until it has. It's written to accurately describe what the platform actually does today; it hasn't been checked against every state's specific privacy statute (e.g. CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws in other states).

1. Who this policy covers

AdvisioFlow is software that credit repair businesses — including sole practitioners — use to manage their own clients. This policy explains how AdvisioFlow, LLC ("AdvisioFlow," "we," "us") handles two different kinds of information:

For Client Data, AdvisioFlow acts on behalf of the organization that entered it. If you're a consumer working with a credit repair business that uses AdvisioFlow, that business is the one with a direct relationship with you and is the right place to start with any question or request about your information — see Section 7.

2. Information we collect

CategoryExamples
Account informationName, email, password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text), organization name, role.
Client Data — identity & contactName, legal name, date of birth, address, phone numbers, email, last 4 digits of Social Security number (encrypted at rest).
Client Data — documentsUploaded identification, proof-of-address documents, Social Security cards, and similar files, plus signatures collected in the client portal — encrypted at rest.
Client Data — credit report accessWhere an organization's client provides their own credit-monitoring login so the organization can pull that client's credit report through the platform, those credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to retrieve the report on the client's behalf.
Credit report & dispute dataImported credit report contents, dispute letters and their status, bureau and furnisher responses, mail delivery tracking.
Payment informationHandled directly by Stripe, our payment processor — AdvisioFlow does not receive or store full card numbers.
CommunicationsMessages sent through the platform (e.g. between an organization and its client), and support emails to us.

3. How we use information

We use this information to operate the platform: to authenticate accounts, to let an organization manage its own clients' disputes and documents, to draft and mail correspondence, to send transactional emails and portal login links, to process payments, to provide customer support, and to keep the platform secure (for example, rate-limiting and alerting on unusual activity). We don't sell personal information, and we don't use Client Data for advertising.

4. Who we share information with

We share information with the service providers that make the platform work, each only for the purpose of providing their specific function:

We don't share information with data brokers or for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdvisioFlow, our customers, or others.

5. How we protect information

Sensitive fields — signatures, uploaded documents, Social Security number fragments, and stored credit-monitoring credentials — are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Access to client data within the platform is scoped by organization, so one organization's staff can't see another organization's clients. Login and password-reset links are single-use and time-limited. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but this is the standard we build to.

6. How long we keep information

We retain account and Client Data for as long as the organization's account is active, plus a reasonable period after closure in case it's needed for legal, tax, or dispute-recordkeeping purposes, after which it's deleted. An organization can request deletion of its own account and data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your choices and rights

If you're an AdvisioFlow account holder (an organization or staff member), you can access and update most of your information directly in the app, or by contacting support@advisioflow.com.

If you're a consumer whose information was entered into AdvisioFlow by a credit repair business you work with, that business controls your data and is the right first point of contact for any access, correction, or deletion request. If you contact us directly, we'll route your request to the organization responsible for your data, or handle it ourselves where we're able to and the law requires it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law (for example, California's CCPA/CPRA) to know what information is collected about you, request its deletion, or opt out of certain uses. Contact us and we'll do our best to help, consistent with our role described in Section 1.

8. Children's privacy

AdvisioFlow isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child's information has been submitted to the platform, contact us and we'll address it.

9. Cookies and similar technology

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in — that's it. We don't currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the platform.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll take reasonable steps to notify account holders (such as an email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect.
